    • At The Home Helper we provide all the necessary cleaning supplies for your convenience; including quality products, vacuum & mop ect. 

  • CLIENT TO DO LIST BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

    • We kindly ask that you do a quick tidy of your home for us, this will allow us to focus on the tasks you've requested

    • Please have your pets either outside or securely confined for the time that we are in your home; make sure to let us know if you do have pets so we can prepare for your clean appropriately 

    • Ensure everyone is out of the house or in rooms that do not require cleaning

Do you have a minimum amount of hours per visit?

Yes, we have a 2 hour minimum, per visit. 

why is my initial clean more expensive than a regular clean?

The initial clean is a bit pricier as it involves more thorough cleaning to get in tip-top shape. It sets the standard for the following regular cleans, making them easier and quicker. So, think of it as an investment for a sparkling clean start!

can i change what gets cleaned each visit?

Absolutely, you can! Just let us know via email or SMS as to what you would like done in your normal set hours.

do you supply the products & tools or does the client supply them?

We provide all the necessary cleaning supplies for your convenience; including quality products, vacuum & mop ect. 

can we meet before booking?

Of course, you can contact us and we can schedule a day/time to meet rather than organising bookings through emails.
